The IP parent is PulsarOS Intelligence Inc., sovereign Canadian deeptech, also Ottawa, holding a patent-grade estate, drafted. Collapse Technologies Inc. (a 100% PulsarOS subsidiary) holds the 38 measured `.col` format embodiments (patent-grade, measured 9.84x compression, filing in preparation). Sovereign Canadian patent counsel: Smart and Biggar (Ottawa). Manufacturing primary OEM: Hypertec Ciara (Montreal, first Canadian NVIDIA OEM partner). The LUMEN family adds 48 new claims targeting USPTO provisional Q3 2026, lifting the total moat to 350 claims and embodiments.

Hardware product line
Three appliances manufactured by Hypertec Ciara in Montreal: LUMEN Core (4U datacenter rack), LUMEN Ward (1U nursing-station gateway), LUMEN Bedside (per-bed edge device, IEC 60601-1 medical enclosure). NVIDIA silicon inside under sub-OEM, co-branded "LUMEN, Powered by NVIDIA Healthcare". Hospital procures the appliances directly through the OEM channel at volume pricing; we do not mark up. Lumen Healthcare Inc. contracts the platform license, the implementation, and the annual maintenance. Full hardware spec at /hardware.
