What this site is, and what it is not.
Short, and written to be read. Using this site means accepting what follows.
This is a description of a system that is designed, not built.
No hardware unit has been manufactured. Figures attached to the hardware are design targets computed from published silicon specifications, published as targets and labelled as such on every page that carries one. Where a number was measured, the page says what was measured and on what.
Nothing here is clinical advice.
This site is about a communication system for hospitals. It gives no medical advice, no diagnosis and no treatment guidance, and nothing on it should be used to make a decision about a patient.
The demonstration is a demonstration.
It runs on synthetic data with no inference backend and no connection to any clinical system. It must not be used with real patient information. It shows how the product is designed to behave, not how a deployed system performed.
No clearance, registration or certificate is claimed.
We claim no certificate we do not hold, and today we hold none. Regulatory posture is set out on the compliance page.
The words and the design belong to the company.
The text, the design system, the diagrams and the film on this site are the property of PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. You may quote a passage with attribution, and the press page carries the material we prepared for that purpose. You may not republish a page wholesale or present it as your own.
Other companies' names belong to them.
Hardware and model names that appear on this site are the trademarks of their owners and are used to identify published specifications we sized against. Their appearance is not a partnership, an endorsement or a claim of any relationship.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe.
The site is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. is not liable for a loss arising from the use of this site or of the demonstration.
Law and venue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
