LUMEN is the communication nervous system of a hospital. Every clinician gets one persistent agent, a clone, that owns that person's hospital communication and talks directly to every other clinician's clone. It runs entirely inside the hospital, on hardware the hospital owns, under keys the hospital alone controls. Every clinical decision rises to a human signature. LUMEN is developed by PulsarOS Intelligence Inc., a self-funded federal Canadian company, working from Ottawa.
